How You'll Make an Impact

Writing clean, maintainable Java code with guidance from senior engineers
Working on backend features, APIs, and integrations
Debugging, testing, and participating in code reviews
Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
Collaborating with the team in an agile environment
Contributing to documentation and improving internal processes

The Mastery We're Seeking

~1 year of experience with Java (Spring Boot is a strong plus)
Understanding of REST APIs, OOP principles, and relational databases
Basic knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team

Skills That Will Set You Apart

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
Familiarity with microservices
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS)
