The Interviews

We conduct interviews both online and in person. The process is designed to be efficient; for most technical roles, this involves an HR interview followed by a technical interview with your potential future colleagues.

Step 5

Skill Assessment

For certain roles, we may ask you to complete a skills assessment. This could be a take-home assignment or another activity designed to give us a deeper understanding of your technical abilities and problem-solving approach.

Step 6

The Offer
