At Codetribe, we build dedicated engineering teams for international clients and help them scale with top-tier tech talent. We’re currently looking for a .NET Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building reliable systems, and collaborating with high-performing teams.

How You'll Make an Impact

Designing and developing well-architected, testable, maintainable, and scalable backend solutions using .NET technologies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Mentoring teammates and contributing to engineering best practices
Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive, actionable feedback

The Mastery We're Seeking

5+ years of experience in software development with .NET / C#
Demonstrated experience with production-grade APIs and backend services
Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL)
Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted backend services and their operational lifecycle (Azure is a plus)
Strong communication skills and experience working in international teams
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Skills That Will Set You Apart

Experience working with microservices architecture
Experience with NoSQL databases
Familiarity with distributed systems concepts
Understanding of the multi-tenancy design pattern
Hands-on involvement with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and an openness to integrating them into engineering workflows
