We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and help us deliver outstanding software solutions in an agile environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high ownership, complex coordination, and driving delivery in a multi-team environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

Work closely with an internal team of 8-11 engineers/QAs and 10 external engineers on a large enterprise-level product
Supporting several smaller initiatives within the same account
Drive product delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to release
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices
Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external), Developers, QA, DevOps, & Customer support teams to align priorities
Monitor project progress using Jira and ensure transparency across stakeholders
Anticipate risks, resolve blockers & keep the team focused on value delivery
Support with maintaining and monitoring the project’s roadmap, processes, flows, and collaboration frameworks

The Mastery We're Seeking

5+ years of experience in delivery or project management (IT industry)
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Preferably attended a technical college (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Jira (managing boards, workflows, reporting)
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in environments with multiple teams, dependencies, and ongoing operational load
Ability to balance delivery speed with product quality
Proactive mindset – able to anticipate risks, potential blockers, and areas for process improvement
Comfort working with teams that operate in high-availability, network infrastructure, or hardware-adjacent environments
