At Codetribe, we build meaningful digital products – and quality is a first-class citizen. We’re looking for a strong QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience who feels at home in code, not just test cases.

How You'll Make an Impact

Designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, and regression)
Writing clean, maintainable test code using modern programming languages and best practices
Actively contributing to test architecture decisions
Working closely with developers, product, and DevOps to ensure quality across the SDLC
Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Analyzing test results, debugging failures, and driving defect resolution
Improving test coverage, stability, and execution speed

The Mastery We're Seeking

5+ years of experience in QA Automation
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Solid experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, etc.)
API testing experience and a solid understanding of backend systems
Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
A strong understanding of software engineering principles, not just testing theory
The ability to work independently and take ownership of quality
Fluent communication skills in English

Skills That Will Set You Apart

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Performance or security testing experience
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or LLM-based test approaches
