The Challenge You'll Tackle
We're looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software, driving test automation, and modernizing QA workflows with AI tools. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure our applications—across web and mobile platforms—are reliable, scalable, and exceptional.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the design, expansion, and execution of automated test suites across web and mobile applications.
- Actively utilize AI tools in day-to-day QA work to generate test scripts, write edge-case scenarios, and analyze test failure logs faster.
- Execute extensive test automation across UI, REST APIs, and backend integrations.
- Perform mobile testing (both manual and automated) on iOS and Android devices/emulators.
- Build, optimize, and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers during feature development to ensure testability and quality from the start.
- Analyze automated test results and provide clear quality metrics and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers in test automation, mobile testing, and AI-assisted testing best practices.
The Mastery We're Seeking
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong core focus on test automation.
- Hands-on, daily experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, AI test generators) for QA tasks.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Proven experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android), including mobile test automation tools (e.g., Appium, XCUI Test, Espresso).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication in fluent English.
Skills That Will Set You Apart
- Experience with performance/load testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing.
- Deep proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for test environment setups.
- ISTQB certification.
